This full-time, on-site role as Operations General Manager and Executive Chef is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced culinary and management professional seeking a leadership position within a vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will command a salary range between $80,000 and $90,000 plus bonuses, reflecting the key responsibilities and impact expected from this critical dual role.

As the Operations GM and Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of culinary operations, including the development and execution of innovative, client-focused menus that reflect both regional influences and company standards. Your role will involve engaging with clients and vendors directly, including at FBOs and industry conferences, to ensure the delivery of superior food experiences and service demonstrations.

In your capacity as a manager, you will be overseeing kitchen operations to ensure accuracy, hygiene, and service quality. You will also handle office administrative functions, personnel management, facility upkeep, and compliance with corporate and governmental requirements. Your leadership skills must be exemplary, encompassing team building, hiring, training, discipline, performance evaluation, and cross-training initiatives. Staff development will be a constant focus to maintain high performance standards.

Supporting the District Manager, you will be involved in operational execution, menu coordination, staff training, payroll approval, and ensuring adherence to financial and quality performance benchmarks. Budget management, including P&L oversight, labor, and food cost control, will be a core duty, alongside managing fulfillment teams, vehicle fleets, and off-site employee activities.

Your role also includes managing cleaning, maintenance, inventory (kitchen and locker products), purchasing and receiving policies, and local sales promotions. You will act as a conduit for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth communication and support among corporate departments such as payroll, HR, IT, and finance.

This challenging and rewarding leadership position demands a flexible schedule, including availability during weekends and holidays, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Background checks and drug screenings are standard as part of the hiring process to maintain the company's high standards of integrity and safety. Multilingual candidates are encouraged, as this would be a significant asset in supporting diverse client interactions and employee communication.
