Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in kitchen management in upscale casual dining
  • Proven track record of leadership and team development
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong financial acumen in managing budgets and costs
