Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Chef in upscale or high-volume kitchens
  • culinary degree preferred but not required
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to create innovative menus
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • proficient in inventory and cost management
  • ability to mentor and develop staff
