Job Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Minimum 5 years of sushi chef experience
- Experience in omakase or high-end sushi restaurants preferred
- Ability to work 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in English and Japanese

- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Manage kitchen as Executive Chef
- Train new staff
- Organize and improve the menu on a daily basis
- Provide a high level of sushi at all times
- Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with suppliers for quality ingredient sourcing
- Oversee inventory management and cost control
