This full-time position offers an annual compensation between $86,000 and $95,000 plus eligibility for a 5 percent bonus, rewarding leadership and culinary innovation. As an Executive Chef at Thomas Cuisine, you will oversee the entire kitchen operation, ensuring the delivery of meals that meet special dietary needs, often medically necessary, and that reflect the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will inspire culinary excellence through scratch cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, reinforcing the company's commitment to health and sustainability.

You will be entrusted with managing inventory, budgeting, and vendor relationships to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining the integrity of the menu offerings. Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification
  • minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
  • proven experience as an executive chef or chef manager
  • strong commitment to scratch cooking and using fresh, quality ingredients
  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
