Job Duties

  • Owns and oversees daily kitchen operations including fiscal budgets labor productivity scheduling inventory control guest service
  • Executes policies and procedures oversees training programs ensures adherence to health sanitation and cleanliness standards
  • Manages human resources responsibilities fosters a positive work environment promotes teamwork performance feedback compliance with company policies and diversity commitments
  • Interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction and product quality addresses complaints and feedback appropriately
  • Collaborates with divisional directors and kitchen teams for seamless product delivery maintains high knowledge of the property’s food and beverage products
