Job Requirements

  • Experience managing a culinary operation in a private club or luxury hospitality setting

  • knowledge of seasonal menu adjustments and culinary trends

Job Qualifications

  • Five years experience in an Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef role in a private club or luxury brand
  • ten years of relevant culinary experience or equivalent combination of experience and training
  • certification or interest in Certified Executive Chef (CEC) or Pro Chef II through recognized institutions
  • degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management a plus
  • food safety certification

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all food production for a la carte dining and banquets
  • recruit, mentor, and motivate culinary team
  • develop daily menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes
  • monitor and manage food and labor costs
  • ensure high professional standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety
  • plan and execute multiple events simultaneously across venues
  • maintain vendor relationships and approve product specifications
