Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Three or more years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining, full-service scratch kitchen
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations with annual sales exceeding five million dollars
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food cost management, sanitation, and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Three or more years as an Executive Chef in a fine dining, full-service scratch kitchen
  • Proven ability to run high-volume service with annual sales of five million dollars or more without sacrificing standards
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing culinary teams
  • Solid operational discipline including systems, organization, and execution

Job Duties

  • Execute a chef-inspired menu with consistency, speed, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a talented culinary team
  • Own quality control: taste, presentation, portioning, and ticket-time performance
  • Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste to protect profitability
  • Lead kitchen operations including sanitation, safety, and equipment readiness
