Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three or more years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining, full-service scratch kitchen
- Proven ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations with annual sales exceeding five million dollars
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food cost management, sanitation, and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years as an Executive Chef in a fine dining, full-service scratch kitchen
- Proven ability to run high-volume service with annual sales of five million dollars or more without sacrificing standards
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing culinary teams
- Solid operational discipline including systems, organization, and execution
Job Duties
- Execute a chef-inspired menu with consistency, speed, and exceptional attention to detail
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a talented culinary team
- Own quality control: taste, presentation, portioning, and ticket-time performance
- Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste to protect profitability
- Lead kitchen operations including sanitation, safety, and equipment readiness
