Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as an executive chef or chef de cuisine in a high-volume kitchen
- strong understanding of Mediterranean and Greek cuisine
- excellent leadership and communication skills

- capability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
