Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as an executive chef or chef de cuisine in a high-volume kitchen
  • strong understanding of Mediterranean and Greek cuisine
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage food costs and kitchen inventory
  • capability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
  • willingness to collaborate with ownership on menu development
