Job Requirements
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience as an Executive Chef
- Culinary degree or similar certification preferred
- Proven track record in high-end or luxury hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of food and labor cost management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with financial and inventory management software
- Commitment to maintaining high sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Define and maintain a distinctive, high-end culinary identity
- Guarantee the consistent quality of all offerings, including daily meals, banquets, and special private events
- Recruit, train, and provide mentorship to kitchen staff to cultivate a highly skilled and professional team
- Develop and manage the annual operating budget
- Drive profitability by implementing efficient labor scheduling, effective cost control measures, and strategic menu engineering
- Direct all kitchen functions, including comprehensive inventory control, efficient procurement of supplies, and routine maintenance of equipment
- Maintain impeccable sanitation and hygiene standards
- Actively interact with club members to solicit feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Execute pre-established recipes
- Standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality and establish presentation technique and quality standards
- Supervise, support, and oversee the correct procedure of preparation, presentation, and portion control for all raw and cooked foods in accordance with the menu
- Conduct daily line checks and quality control to ensure a consistent, high-quality product is produced
- Create weekly schedules and control direct labor costs associated with kitchen staff
- Adapt to changes and adjustments on the fly
- Take responsibility proactively without deferring to others
