Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Ability to maintain high quality and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • Experience in high volume production and catering
  • Previous experience leading cost controls
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow within a top foodservice company

Job Duties

  • Lead cost controls and manage expenditures for the account
  • Plan and build all menus
  • Purchase and lead inventory management
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • Coordinate safety and sanitation protocols
  • Lead and mentor a team of culinary associates
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
