Job Requirements
- Proven experience as head of kitchen operations in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort
- Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
- Ability to develop and manage a culinary team effectively
- Knowledge of relevant kitchen systems, methods, and operational processes
- Demonstrated stable job history with clear upward career growth
- Ability to relocate to or commute within Lone Tree, Colorado
- Must be able to work in person

Job Duties
- Lead and manage kitchen operations in a high-volume upscale restaurant setting
- Develop, mentor, and inspire culinary team members
- Ensure culinary excellence by overseeing food preparation, presentation, and quality control
- Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen budgeting processes
- Implement and maintain systems, methods, and processes that promote efficient and effective kitchen execution
- Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance guest satisfaction and overall dining experience
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times
