- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef
- Background in high-volume catering or banquet environments
- Ability to lead and develop large culinary teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience with food cost and inventory management
- Capacity to work in fast-paced, event-driven settings
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead all culinary operations across large-scale catering and private events
- Execute high-volume banquet service with consistency, precision, and elevated presentation
- Oversee menu development, including seasonal updates and event-specific offerings
- Drive food cost controls, purchasing, and inventory management to meet financial targets
- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing culinary team across prep, line, and banquet staff
- Ensure seamless execution of weddings, corporate events, and large-format functions
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- Partner with event and operations teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience
- Establish systems, structure, and accountability within the kitchen
