Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience in executive or senior chef role
- culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- experience managing food costs and vendor relationships
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- create and execute a seasonally driven, approachable menu that reflects a polished casual dining style
- lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team while fostering a positive, accountable culture
- oversee all back-of-house culinary operations, including food quality, consistency, and presentation
- manage food costs, labor, inventory, and vendor relationships
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- collaborate closely with ownership and management to shape the restaurant's opening and long-term success in Atlanta GA
