Job Description

Our restaurant group is a well-established and rapidly expanding entity in the hospitality industry, known for creating unique dining experiences through exceptional culinary offerings and exemplary service. With a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability, we pride ourselves on developing restaurant concepts that resonate with both locals and visitors alike. Our upcoming venture is a Tuscan, Farm to Table restaurant that will embody the rich culinary traditions of Tuscany, infused with the freshness and vibrancy of locally sourced ingredients. Scheduled to open in the summer of 2026, this new location promises to be a landmark for farm-to-fork dining, offering handcrafted dishes that celebrate seasonal produce and sustainable agriculture.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and high-energy Executive Chef to lead this exciting project. The ideal candidate will bring an expert level of culinary skill and leadership to our new Tuscan restaurant, overseeing all kitchen operations and staff development. This high-profile role involves creating an innovative scratch-made menu that emphasizes authentic Tuscan flavors and locally sourced items, reinforcing our commitment to quality and sustainability. The Executive Chef will play a pivotal role in forging relationships with local farmers and suppliers to ensure the freshest and most seasonal ingredients are used.

This position requires a hands-on leader who leads by example, fosters a positive and productive kitchen environment, and demonstrates excellent people management skills. The Executive Chef will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff, ensuring that every team member upholds the highest standards of culinary excellence and professionalism. In addition to daily kitchen management, the Executive Chef will design daily specials that complement the seasonal menu and execute high-profile special events that showcase the restaurant's culinary artistry.

Financial and operational responsibilities are also a critical part of this role, including managing inventory levels and controlling food and labor costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality. The candidate must have strong organizational and financial acumen, ideally with experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings. Passion for training and developing staff is essential, as cultivating talent and fostering team growth are central to our restaurant group’s values.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Executive Chef passionate about Italian cuisine and sustainable dining to take ownership of a new culinary concept from the ground up. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes a structured training program, excellent bonus structure, health benefits, paid time off, vacation, and gym membership reimbursement, along with ample growth opportunities within our expanding restaurant group. The position promises not only professional growth but also the chance to make a significant impact in a thriving business that celebrates authenticity and quality in every dish.
