Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' executive chef experience in Italian cuisine

  • ability to manage inventory and control costs

Job Duties

  • Lead by example with hands-on management style
  • create daily specials that complement the seasonal menu
  • execute high-profile special events skillfully
  • maintain proper staffing levels in line with business volume
  • hire, train, and develop kitchen staff effectively
  • manage inventory and control food and labor costs
  • collaborate with local suppliers for sourcing fresh ingredients
