  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
  • minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership culinary role
  • proven experience managing high-volume kitchens and large-scale events
  • knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
  • experience with inventory management and cost control systems

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen sustainability mission by implementing responsible sourcing and waste reduction strategies
  • oversee all food production
  • develop and execute culturally diverse menus aligned with client and brand expectations
  • manage inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
  • supervise and train culinary team members
  • ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • collaborate with operations and catering teams for event execution
