Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience
  • Prior leadership experience in a restaurant or corporate kitchen
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent physical stamina
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as executive chef or in a similar leadership culinary role
  • Strong knowledge of diverse cuisines and menu development
  • Exceptional culinary skills and creativity
  • Experience managing kitchen staff and operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and manage culinary staff
  • Develop and design all-scratch menus for breakfast, lunch, and catering
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Maintain quality control and consistency of food preparation
  • Manage inventory and food purchasing
  • Coordinate with event planners to deliver catering for meetings and special events
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards
