Job Requirements
- Experience in scratch kitchens and ability to create structured systems and processes
- Strong vendor management and ordering accuracy
- Calm, solution-driven leadership style
- Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Proven capability to collaborate with front-of-house leadership
- ServSafe certification required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior back-of-house leadership role
- Experience in Michelin-starred or upscale dining establishments
- Proven track record in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments
- ServSafe certification
- Strong financial management skills including P&L and cost control
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in building and managing high-performance teams
Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations and manage back-of-house staff
- Develop and implement culinary strategies and menu planning
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory management
- Ensure consistency in recipe adherence, portion control, and plating standards
- Foster a high-performance team culture grounded in respect and discipline
- Partner with front-of-house leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ordering accuracy
