Job Requirements

  • Experience in scratch kitchens and ability to create structured systems and processes
  • Strong vendor management and ordering accuracy
  • Calm, solution-driven leadership style
  • Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to uphold quality and consistency standards
  • Proven capability to collaborate with front-of-house leadership
  • ServSafe certification required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a senior back-of-house leadership role
  • Experience in Michelin-starred or upscale dining establishments
  • Proven track record in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments
  • ServSafe certification
  • Strong financial management skills including P&L and cost control
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience in building and managing high-performance teams

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and manage back-of-house staff
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies and menu planning
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory management
  • Ensure consistency in recipe adherence, portion control, and plating standards
  • Foster a high-performance team culture grounded in respect and discipline
  • Partner with front-of-house leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ordering accuracy
