Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach management and staff teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage daily operations of a large restaurant ensuring smooth service
  • Coordinate and oversee special events and large party services
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Implement and uphold company policies and standards
  • Drive business growth and achieve financial targets
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
