Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar capacity with proven track record of success

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience is essential

Job Duties

  • Ensure seamless back-of-house operations including line prep expo and dish execution
  • Develop and implement recipes meeting high standards of quality and presentation
  • Lead preparation of team meals to foster positive collaborative work environment
  • Maintain a safe and sanitized work environment adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Provide coaching counseling and mentorship to direct reports promoting growth and development within the team
