Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar capacity with proven track record of success
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is essential
Job Duties
- Ensure seamless back-of-house operations including line prep expo and dish execution
- Develop and implement recipes meeting high standards of quality and presentation
- Lead preparation of team meals to foster positive collaborative work environment
- Maintain a safe and sanitized work environment adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Provide coaching counseling and mentorship to direct reports promoting growth and development within the team
