  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • be responsible culinary training of staff members as well as execution of catered events
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
  • manage daily food production, ordering, inventory management, and catering operations
  • oversee efficient team performance and maintain high food quality standards
