Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of culinary production and kitchen management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate culinary teams
  • Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to manage budgets and control food and labor costs
  • Skilled in menu planning and execution
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Implementing culinary production that aligns with the Executional Framework
  • Establishing and maintaining high culinary standards for food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Leading and managing a talented culinary team, ensuring quality in the final presentation of dishes
  • Training kitchen staff in best practice food production techniques
  • Coaching employees to foster understanding and achievement of culinary goals
  • Recognizing and rewarding team members for their hard work and achievements
  • Planning and executing team meetings and daily huddles to maintain effective communication
