Job Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role
- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation

- Proven experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of culinary production and kitchen management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate culinary teams
- Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage budgets and control food and labor costs
- Skilled in menu planning and execution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Implementing culinary production that aligns with the Executional Framework
- Establishing and maintaining high culinary standards for food preparation, presentation, and service
- Leading and managing a talented culinary team, ensuring quality in the final presentation of dishes
- Training kitchen staff in best practice food production techniques
- Coaching employees to foster understanding and achievement of culinary goals
- Recognizing and rewarding team members for their hard work and achievements
- Planning and executing team meetings and daily huddles to maintain effective communication
