Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations systems

- Residence within reasonable driving distance of a Sixty Vines location
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of culinary management experience including responsibility for menu rollouts and implementation of kitchen systems
- Proven leadership, motivation, and team development skills
- Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively
- Strong understanding of restaurant systems
- High level of personal motivation, ambition, enthusiasm, and energy
- Entrepreneurial sensibility with focus on detail
- Ability to live within reasonable driving distance of a current restaurant location
Job Duties
- Partnering with the General Manager and Director of Culinary to execute and drive culinary direction through understanding of Sixty Vines brand DNA
- Ownership of the food menu including managing food cost and team execution
- Deployment of new menu items and menu rollouts ensuring regulatory and compliance requisites
- Overseeing product quality and execution of new menu items
- Continuing education and research in food techniques to stay ahead of industry trends
- Developing the culinary future through training and development of the next generation of chefs
- Providing leadership in culinary safety, sanitation, and product education
- Holding culinary team accountable for results
- Influencing individual restaurants through hands-on training and collaboration
