Job Description

We are hiring an Executive Chef for a hotel. The Executive Chef has total responsibility for the main kitchen, banquets, and culinary staff, leading by example and developing their staff as assets. They direct food preparation, production, and control for all food outlets and banquet facilities at the hotel, ensuring fresh, appealing, properly flavored foods while focusing on food costs.
