Dream Nashville is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee and direct the food service operations on the property, promoting interactive leadership within the culinary departments and ensuring operational standards are met. The Executive Chef will manage spending, waste, inventory, and financial aspects of the culinary operation, while maintaining Health, Safety, and Food Safety Standards in line with company policies.
