Job Requirements
- experience in fine dining, chef driven, authentic Italian restaurants preferred
- track record of creating innovative, seasonal menus
- strong vendor relationships for sourcing premium ingredients
- experience with wine pairing or special event execution
- good understanding of food cost control and inventory management
- knowledge of seasonal cooking and regional procurement
- education in culinary arts or equivalent experience
Job Qualifications
- minimum 5 years in a leadership role in a fine-dining kitchen
- passion for and high-level competence in Italian cuisine, particularly seafood and coastal flavors
- proven ability to lead and mentor a culinary team
- servsafe certification or equivalent
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- excited to spend time on creativity and r&d without major admin duties
