Job Requirements

  • experience in fine dining, chef driven, authentic Italian restaurants preferred
  • track record of creating innovative, seasonal menus
  • strong vendor relationships for sourcing premium ingredients
  • experience with wine pairing or special event execution
  • good understanding of food cost control and inventory management
  • knowledge of seasonal cooking and regional procurement
  • education in culinary arts or equivalent experience

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 5 years in a leadership role in a fine-dining kitchen
  • passion for and high-level competence in Italian cuisine, particularly seafood and coastal flavors
  • proven ability to lead and mentor a culinary team
  • servsafe certification or equivalent
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • excited to spend time on creativity and r&d without major admin duties

Job Duties
