The Executive Chef must maintain knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and authorized supplier use. Operational safety and health regulations, as well as compliance with food safety standards, are paramount to this role.

This position requires a culinary professional with a deep understanding of the principles and practices within the food industry, along with strong communication skills and experience in managing people and complex situations. The Executive Chef must be capable of multi-tasking, simplifying agendas for clarity, and ensuring that all aspects of the culinary operation run smoothly.
