Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three to five years of culinary or kitchen management experience
  • Hands-on chef experience
  • Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Maintains inventory of food and non-food supplies
  • Makes decisions regarding utilization of leftover food products
  • Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations
  • Follows facility and company safety policies
  • Participates and attends departmental meetings, staff development and professional programs
