Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum four years of culinary supervisory experience
- ServSafe Certification
- ability to lead and train culinary staff
- strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP protocols
- excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- passion for culinary excellence
Job Qualifications
- Four or more years in a supervisory culinary role
- experience as a chef in a customer oriented, high-volume dining environment
- strong leadership and team coaching skills
- ServSafe Certification
- passion for creating gourmet dishes that bring joy to others
