Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum four years of culinary supervisory experience
  • ServSafe Certification
  • ability to lead and train culinary staff
  • strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP protocols
  • excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • passion for culinary excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Four or more years in a supervisory culinary role
  • experience as a chef in a customer oriented, high-volume dining environment
  • strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • ServSafe Certification
  • passion for creating gourmet dishes that bring joy to others

Job Duties

  • Design delectable menu items that are pleasing to the pallet
  • create specialty items that differentiate each dining venue and community event
  • inspire, train and coach culinary team promoting a positive team approach
  • oversee food preparation including storage and handling to ensure freshness and safety compliance (HACCP)
  • maintain ServSafe standards
  • manage multiple priorities in a high-volume dining environment
  • lead and supervise culinary staff
