The Executive Chef role at Morrison Healthcare is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing all culinary functions within a designated dining account. This leadership role demands a keen eye for detail, high standards of quality, and exceptional operational oversight in the management of culinary teams and foodservice operations. The Executive Chef will lead food preparation and production, ensuring the highest safety and sanitation standards are met while managing budgets, inventory, and menu planning. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to manage budgets and inventory
  • effective team leadership skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours to meet operational needs
  • physical ability to perform culinary duties and manage a kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • experience in high volume production and catering
  • previous experience managing cost controls

  • ability to develop and implement culinary programs

Job Duties

  • Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • plan and create all menus
