Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to five years culinary management experience
  • Experience in high volume production and catering
  • Ability to manage food costs and inventory
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to comply with safety and sanitation standards
  • Desire to grow within a top foodservice company

Job Duties

  • Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • Plan and create all menus
  • Purchase and manage inventory
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • Oversee all culinary functions for the dining account
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary associates
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
