  • Must have high-end steakhouse experience
  • no more than three jobs in the last five years, with steady progression through career
  • must be operations-driven, passionate, open-minded, and hands-on
  • appreciation for the finer things and 100% from scratch kitchen

  • manages kitchen operations and ensures 100% from scratch kitchen execution
  • leads and inspires culinary team to achieve high-end steakhouse and seafood cuisine standards
  • maintains exceptional food quality and presentation
  • oversees inventory control and food safety compliance
