We are currently seeking a Fine Dining Executive Chef to lead our newest seafood-focused restaurant located in the historic and charming city of Charleston, SC. As the Fine Dining Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our restaurant's success by overseeing all kitchen operations and leading a team that shares your passion for quality and precision. You will be responsible for maintaining a 100% from-scratch kitchen, utilizing your expertise in high-end steakhouse cuisine and seafood preparation. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a can-do attitude and the ability to inspire and train your staff to achieve excellence consistently. You will also manage performance criteria and hold both yourself and your team accountable, ensuring that the highest standards are always met. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and execute action plans aimed at reaching culinary and operational goals, driving the restaurant's overall success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate steady career progression with no more than three jobs in the past five years, reflecting a commitment to growth and stability.
