Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Relevant degree or certification in culinary arts preferred
- Minimum of five years in a Chef role
- Proven culinary management experience

- Exceptional understanding of P&L and cost controls
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Manual dexterity and auditory/visual skills required
- Minimum of five (5) years in a Chef role in a fine-dining, full-service restaurant
- Relevant experience or training in culinary arts
- At least two years of culinary managerial experience
- ServSafe certification required
- Current Washington State Food Handler’s card required
- Education Requirements Credential Category

Job Duties
- As a Kitchen Manager, you will direct the daily activities of the kitchen in line with the Company’s policies and objectives, ensuring profitability, guest satisfaction, and positive employee relations
- You will oversee the preparation of food while complying with sanitation, health, and hygiene standards
- Join a team that values culinary excellence and teamwork
- Achieve projected food cost percentages through security and waste control
- Control labor through effective scheduling
- Oversee kitchen supplies and uniform costs
- Ensure all food products meet company standards
- Handle staffing responsibilities including hiring and training
- Develop Sous Chefs and other kitchen staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform administrative duties like invoice approval and inventory taking
- Maintain equipment and cleanliness standards
- Enforce company policies and promote customer care
- Perform additional duties as assigned
