  • 3+ years of executive chef experience in a fine dining environment
  • ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance with state laws
  • knowledge of profit and loss management
  • excellent attention to detail
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to relocate to Northern Tennessee

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of executive chef experience in a fine dining environment
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
  • ability to interpret and manage recipes in compliance with state laws
  • experience with profit and loss management
  • exceptional attention to detail
  • culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred

Job Duties

  • Hire manage and guide all culinary team members
  • create and maintain a kitchen atmosphere that thrives on teamwork and welcomes constructive feedback
  • ensure all culinary dishes are prepared and served on schedule
  • maintain high standards of food quality and presentation to meet guest expectations
  • interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance with state laws
  • manage kitchen operations including inventory and cost controls
