Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years culinary management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage food cost and labor expenses
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Ability to work from a home-based setup in Atlanta, GA

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of proven culinary management experience

Job Duties

  • Manage food cost controls and overall expenditures for the account
  • Develop, plan, and implement diverse, high-quality menus
  • Purchase and maintain inventory with efficiency and accuracy
  • Lead the rollout of new culinary programs in partnership with the marketing and culinary teams
  • Provide leadership and direction to culinary associates
