- 5 year(s): Minimum Executive Chef experience
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent level of experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required
Job Duties
- Oversee and execute a variety of dinner shifts throughout the week
- Ensure staffing levels are maintained and adjusted to meet and exceed guest needs
- Hire, train, motivate, and schedule kitchen staff
- Provide direction to team members by coaching, counseling, and providing feedback on job performance
- Oversee and maintain working order of kitchen through direct communication with the General Manager and Facilities team
