  • 5 year(s): Minimum Executive Chef experience

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent level of experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required

Job Duties

  • Oversee and execute a variety of dinner shifts throughout the week
  • Ensure staffing levels are maintained and adjusted to meet and exceed guest needs
  • Hire, train, motivate, and schedule kitchen staff
  • Provide direction to team members by coaching, counseling, and providing feedback on job performance
  • Oversee and maintain working order of kitchen through direct communication with the General Manager and Facilities team
