Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with culinary and inventory management software
  • Commitment to upholding Hilton's core values including hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive culinary leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of food trends and menu development
  • Excellent knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food service regulations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Experience in budget management and financial forecasting
  • Exceptional communication and guest service skills
  • Culinary degree or relevant professional certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Direct and oversee all culinary operations including meal production, food quality and presentation, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Create and implement innovative menus based on current food trends and regional tastes
  • Monitor guest satisfaction by interacting with guests and addressing concerns to improve dining experiences
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
  • Manage budget, forecasting, reporting, and department systems to optimize profitability
  • Develop and monitor team member performance through training, scheduling, evaluations, and recognition
  • Recruit, interview, and train new culinary team members
