- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 4 years culinary experience
- at least 2 years management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure culinary production aligns with executional framework
- manage waste, standard menus, recipes, and ingredients
- enforce proper culinary standards and techniques for food preparation, presentation, and service
- select and develop recipes, standardize production recipes
- plan and price menus
- train and manage kitchen employees on best food production practices
- provide culinary instruction and demonstrations
- coach employees to achieve shared goals
- reward and recognize employees
- coordinate and oversee culinary activities and catering events
- develop and maintain client and guest relationships
- ensure proper operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- comply with Aramark safety food and quality assurance standards
- adhere to occupational and environmental safety policies
