The role of Executive Chef at Compass Group is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for a specific dining account. This position requires the management and leadership of a team of culinary associates while guaranteeing high standards of safety and sanitation. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing cost controls and expenditures related to the account, planning and creating menus that meet nutritional standards while appealing to diverse tastes, and purchasing and managing inventory efficiently. The role also involves implementing new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and the culinary team, ensuring the dining experience remains innovative and competitive.
