Job Duties
- Oversee kitchen operations across multiple locations and concepts
- Maintain consistency, quality, and execution standards
- Train and mentor kitchen teams and managers
- Improve kitchen workflow and operational systems
- Lead and oversee bakery production and dough programs
- Develop new pastries, breakfast/brunch items, and sandwiches
- Monitor food cost, purchasing and support menu pricing decisions
- Improve kitchen labor efficiency and production flow
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
