Job Requirements
- Must have at least 15 years culinary leadership experience in a high volume, full service kitchen
- Proven culinary skills and leadership ability
- Extensive food and wine knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creativity and knowledge of current food trends
- Computer literate and detail oriented
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to manage financial reports
- Experience managing payroll and scheduling
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- College education and/or culinary degree preferred
- Texas Food Handler and Serve Safe certified
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry moderate weight
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to use culinary tools and taste and smell
- Willingness to work in environments with humidity, steam and extreme temperatures
- Exposure to hazardous cleaning chemicals

Job Duties
- Oversee overall efficiency of resort kitchens and food production outlets
- Ensure all food services meet established quality standards and budgetary controls
- Lead, develop, and motivate culinary staff
- Manage menu development and innovation reflecting current food trends
- Monitor compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage payroll and scheduling of kitchen staff
- Maintain financial reports and budgets for food operations
