Job Requirements

  • Current state health and sanitation certification
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in culinary environments
  • Experience with kitchen supervision
  • Outstanding training skills
  • Proficiency in advanced cooking techniques
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Culinary Arts degree advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license for applicable roles
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in high-end restaurants, clubs, hotels, or senior living establishments
  • Experience in kitchen supervision and staff training
  • Proficiency in advanced cooking techniques including garde manger, baking, sauces, and food presentation
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Culinary Arts degree is advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license for applicable roles
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them

Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise line cooks and kitchen attendants to ensure high-quality food preparation
  • Oversee food ordering and inventory control to manage food and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain culinary excellence
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
