We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef Assistant to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is an incredible opportunity for a culinary professional to support the Executive Chef by managing kitchen operations and overseeing kitchen staff, including line cooks and kitchen attendants. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in high-end restaurants, clubs, hotels, or senior living establishments, demonstrating expertise in kitchen supervision and proficiency in various cooking techniques such as garde manger, baking, sauces, and the preparation and presentation of hot and cold foods.

The Executive Chef Assistant will be instrumental in maintaining the highest culinary standards and ensuring smooth, efficient kitchen workflows. Responsibilities include supervising personnel to maximize productivity and adherence to health and safety regulations, managing food ordering and controlling inventory and labor costs, and employing strong communication skills to lead and motivate the kitchen team effectively. Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is desirable, as it supports operational efficiency.

Candidates should hold current state health and sanitation certification and have up-to-date CPR and First Aid training or be willing to obtain these certifications. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a Culinary Arts Degree considered a strong advantage. A valid driver's license is required when applicable. Job Requirements
