Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum 5 years of culinary experience in relevant establishments
- proven kitchen supervisory experience
- current state health and sanitation certification
- ability to communicate effectively and build teams
- proficiency in advanced cooking techniques
- familiarity with Point of Sale systems
- current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- valid driver’s license if applicable
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 5 years experience in high-end restaurants, clubs, hotels, or senior living establishments
- experience with kitchen supervision
- outstanding training skills
- proficiency in advanced cooking techniques including garde manger, baking, sauces, and hot and cold food preparation
- familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- Culinary Arts Degree is advantageous
- current state health and sanitation certification required
- current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain
- valid driver’s license for applicable roles
Job Duties
- supervise line cooks and kitchen attendants
- support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations
- ensure exceptional food experience through quality control
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with food ordering and inventory management
- contribute to staff training and development
- monitor and control food and labor costs
