We are currently seeking an Executive Chef & Director of Culinary Experience, a key leadership role within our culinary operations. This position is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma with a competitive salary of $135,000 and an additional $10,000 sign-on bonus. The company supports relocation for qualified candidates, with relocation assistance offered.

The Executive Chef & Director of Culinary Experience will lead a refined, multi-venue culinary program that upholds luxury hospitality standards. This role requires an experienced and polished leader to oversee multiple dining venues, ensuring that culinary artistry is consistently blended with strategic management. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an elevated dining experience that delights residents and guests alike, demonstrating exemplary service, creativity, and operational effectiveness.

This role demands a leader who can manage complex, high-volume culinary operations within luxury settings such as boutique hotels or private clubs. They will serve as an ambassador of hospitality presence, providing engagement with residents and guests that enhances satisfaction and community spirit. The Executive Chef will drive excellence across seasonal menu development, sourcing premium local ingredients, and overseeing all aspects of food production, presentation, and service standards.

Additionally, the role encompasses financial and business responsibilities including budget management, labor planning, cost control, and vendor relations. The Executive Chef will also champion innovation by incorporating modern culinary techniques and kitchen technologies to improve efficiency and quality.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of executive culinary leadership experience in luxury multi-outlet culinary operations
  • culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • proven ability to manage high-volume and complex multi-venue dining environments
  • demonstrated budgeting and cost control expertise
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and inspire a diverse culinary team
  • proficiency with technology and culinary management software

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of executive culinary leadership in a luxury multi-outlet environment such as luxury boutique hotel private club or comparable
  • proven experience managing high-volume complex operations with multiple dining venues
  • culinary degree or equivalent experience required
  • strong financial and operational management skills including budgeting and cost control
  • exceptional communication and presentation skills comfortable in resident-facing and event settings
  • expertise in modern culinary techniques menu development and premium ingredient sourcing
  • extensive catering and special event experience
  • proficiency with technology systems and Microsoft Office
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • analyze financial and operational data to refine menu offerings staffing and procurement
  • maintain effective vendor relationships and inventory systems
  • serve as an ambassador of hospitality visible approachable and responsive to resident needs
  • recruit train and mentor a talented culinary team committed to excellence
  • provide clear expectations performance feedback and ongoing development
