Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and develop the culinary team
- Drive food quality, operational excellence, and financial performance
- Ensure kitchen safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
- Partner with purchasing and finance on cost control and menu strategy
- Execute and uphold recipe standards
- Manage inventory, par levels, scheduling, and labor forecasts
- Maintain kitchen procedures, equipment, and food safety protocols
- Support revenue growth through social media and guest engagement
- Collaborate with regional, home office, and cross-functional teams
- Deliver training, onboarding, and performance management
- Lead pre-shift meetings and support team communication
- Ensure compliance with FDA guidelines and minimize product loss
- Manage culinary budget and administrative responsibilities
