Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years management experience
- Minimum three years functional experience in executive culinary roles
- Proven record of managing high-volume kitchen operations
- Strong financial acumen in food and labor cost management
- Ability to lead and mentor diverse culinary teams
- Commitment to maintaining rigorous safety and sanitation compliance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive background managing high-volume or complex corporate dining kitchens as an executive chef
