Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of food production management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Experience in upscale culinary presentation and customer service
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols
  • Familiarity with food service technology

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food production, scheduling, inventory, and ordering across multiple service areas
  • Lead and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and hourly associates to ensure operational excellence
  • Deliver high-end, resort-level cuisine in a state-of-the-art kitchen and retail dining facility
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and utilize Health Touch software for patient room service
