Job Duties
- Oversee daily food production, scheduling, inventory, and ordering across multiple service areas
- Lead and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and hourly associates to ensure operational excellence
- Deliver high-end, resort-level cuisine in a state-of-the-art kitchen and retail dining facility
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and utilize Health Touch software for patient room service
