Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or culinary leader in a healthcare or high-volume setting
  • Strong culinary skills with passion for quality presentation and nutrition
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead coach and develop a high-performing team

Job Duties

  • Lead all culinary operations including patient dining retail food outlets and catering
  • Develop and execute creative nutritious and visually appealing menus
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage food and labor costs to meet financial targets
  • Train mentor and inspire a diverse culinary team
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient satisfaction and wellness initiatives
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in food quality and service delivery
