Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
- Proven experience as an executive chef or culinary leader in healthcare or high-volume settings
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Lead all culinary operations including patient dining retail food outlets and catering
- Develop and execute creative nutritious and visually appealing menus that meet patient needs and exceed expectations
- Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage food and labor costs to meet financial targets
- Train mentor and inspire a diverse culinary team
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient satisfaction and wellness initiatives
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in food quality and service delivery
