The Executive Chef 3 position at HCA Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, CA, represents a critical leadership role within Sodexo’s healthcare dining division. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
  • Proven experience as an executive chef or culinary leader in healthcare or high-volume settings
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
