  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 3 years management experience
  • minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services
  • strong culinary background
  • proficient computer skills
  • ServSafe certification
  • knowledge of HACCP

Job Duties

  • manage all culinary operations including patient feeding and retail café
  • ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
  • lead, manage, and develop culinary frontline staff
  • plan menus aligned with current culinary trends
  • implement HACCP protocols and maintain ServSafe certification standards
  • create operational efficiencies and solve problems
  • collaborate across departments for seamless food service delivery
